§ 2.12.060. Criminal history checks.

The Village authorizes the police department to conduct criminal history and personal history background investigations:

A.
For any licensing or regulatory purpose;

B.
For any lessor with respect to prospective occupants or tenants. This shall be subject to said lessor obtaining an authorization and release from prospective lessee to conduct the criminal history and waiver of any liability these render as it relates to the Village police department performing this function.
